New Member Application

I do hereby make application for discipleship in the above mentioned church. I thank God for salvation through the precious blood of His Son Jesus, and also express my willingness to abide by the teaching of the church. It is my intention to live a life that will be pleasing to God and a respectable Christian example in my home, workplace and community. I will endeavour to be faithful in attendance and support of the ministry.
